RingCentral Toll Free Number Review
Plan Reviewed: Professional
Pros
- 888, 877 or 866 toll free number included at no extra cost
- Port your old toll free number to their service at no added cost
- Large phone system functionality
Cons
- High overage rates
- Low amount of included minutes
Conclusion
RingCentral's Professional plan gives you all of the features and benefits you would expect from a large PBX phone system for a low annual price. One downside is that the 6.7¢ per overage minute charge is one of the highest in this market price range. Also, by only including 100 minutes in the package they have placed themselves on the lower end of this category when compared to the market standard of close to 150 minutes. The $15 fee for an 800 toll free number and the $30 one time charge for a customized vanity number are both priced right at our market standard. RingCentral's Professional package does however include the option for a toll free 888, 877, or 866 number.
