My1Voice Toll Free Number Review
Plan Reviewed: Most Popular
Pros
- No annual contract required
- Low overage rate
- Free vanity number
Cons
- Low included minutes
- 800 numbers are not available
- Limited phone system functionality
Conclusion
My1Voice's Most Popular plan is good for people who need a toll free number, don't want to commit to a long term contract, but want inexpensive monthly fees. My1Voice Most Popular's primary drawback is that it doesn't include as many phone system features as its competitors.
Many of My1Voice's competitors require an annual contract in order to receive their discounted rate. My1Voice gives you their best rate with their monthly plan. My1Voice's Most Popular service comes with 150 included minutes which is less than the market standard. However, their 5¢/minute overage charge is one of the lowest available. Unfortunately, many of the phone system features offered by the competition is lacking from the My1Voice Most Popular plan. One of the main benefits of signing up for My1Voice's Most Popular package is that they will find and secure a vanity number for you for free. In terms of toll free, My1Voice offers to include an 866, 877 or 888 toll free number at no extra cost. My1Voice's services however do not offer the ability to obtain a 1-800 toll free number. Although their Most Popular package does lack some of the features of a larger phone system (only 1 extension is included), a toll free number obtained through their service does come with call forwarding, internet fax compatibility and the option for a customized greeting.
