Conclusion
Get800Today's featured plan allows the user to maintain a toll free number at a low base price. At a cost of $2/month the subscriber is given a toll free number with several PBX features, such as call blocking, music-on-hold, call transferring, and answering rules. In order to use these features you must pre-purchase minutes at a rate of 3.9¢ per minute, which is actually below market average for this price range. As an added benefit, when you sign up for Get800Today's services they give you 60 free minute credits. Get800Today's service does not require you to sign up for a long-term contract or force you to meet a minimum usage requirement. However, their policies dictate that if you carry a $0 balance on your account for 120 days your number will be forfeited.
Get800Today's basic plan does include a good level of PBX functionality. Get800Today's service also allows you to both assign your new toll free number to your fax line and port your existing toll free number over at no added cost; however, there are some notable features which are attainable at an additional cost. For each additional extension you wish to add to your service there is a $1/month charge. For an additional $4/month, you can add voicemail to your toll free line. Although you cannot currently utilize conference calling with their service, the representative we spoke with assures us that this feature will likely be added in the future.
